Marin Leong is a Chinese American animator, illustrator, and art director from Richmond, Virginia. She received her BFA in Kinetic Imaging and Art History from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2018. In 2021, Marin served as the Creative Director for Lucy Dacus’ Home Video campaign. In 2022, her music videos for “Hot & Heavy” and "VBS" were selected to be screened at Tribeca Film Festival in New York, and Raindance Film Festival in London respectively.
Her work attempts to explore displacement and reconstruction of observed natural phenomena as they relate to feelings of origin.
Available for freelance for animation/editing. Notable freelance clients include Google, ESPN, NBC, Matador Records, Pfizer, and more pharmaceutical companies than she can remember.
